Damaged/Defective Items

If you found your item was defective unfortunately, we are sorry about the not 100% satisfaction of shopping experience, please kindly provide proof of damage and proof of purchase (Picture or Video)for a better improvement for us.
Shine Decor will provide a free replacement (Free shipping) or a refund. And If the defective item need to be shipped back, Shine Decor will take charge of all the shipping fee (Please kindly informed us with the estimated shipping fee, Shine Decor will pay it to your Paypal before shipping start).
Warm note: To ensure that you can enjoy our excellent goods as soon as possible, please kindly contact us to report those cases within 7 days after delivery so that we can handle them promptly.
If the damage is found to be caused by shipping or improper packing, No Need to ship back the original one, and will do the new replacement arrangementwith free shipping.
Hassle-free 30 days return and exchange policy
We understand that occasionally items purchased mismatched the color or size as your fit, when this situation happened, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team via mail info@shinedecorsigns.com or call at +86 166 8054 7173 within 30 days after delivery.
Once the shine Decor customer team received your request, we will process it within 1 business day. After approval, we will provide the detailed LA warehouse for shipping back also informed the LA warehouse staff to receive the returns.
We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. We urge that you pack and ship the items within 30 days so that no refund delays may occur.
Warm note: Shine Decor does not cover the shipping cost of shipping for returned items unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we received the return with inspection, we will issue a refund as a refund policy claimed.
Refunds
Customers can return the item back to us when don’t need any more within 30 days after delivery, without a restocking fee.
To issue a full refund, the item must be: 1) unused 2) In original packaging 3) Included all components.
Shine Decor will process your refund once we have confirmation that the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days to complete processing.
Shine Decor will process your refund within 1 business day and the refund will be sent back as your original payment method. So you can receive your refund sooner.
Exchanges
When need to exchange, you can keep the item in the new complete condition in its original carton box and then contact us via mail info@shinedecorsigns.com or call at +86 166 8054 7173 and address for exchange within 30 days of receiving the product, no restocking fee.
Shine Decor will not afford the shipping fee of the exchanged items from both ship back and reship unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we’ll refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference in price.
Each item has our product code, any attempts to return items that are not from us will be invalid.
